With the development of the electronic industry, electronic connectors for connecting electronic circuits are also becoming more diverse, such as electronic connectors for sleeves, interfaces, and internal assembly. These connectors are considering practicality and are developing towards high-density, lightweight, thin, miniaturized, multifunctional, and high reliability. The most basic performance of electronic connectors is the reliability of electrical contact. Therefore, the main materials used for connectors are copper and its alloys. To improve their corrosion resistance and wear resistance, necessary surface treatment must be carried out.
The representative surface treatment methods for electronic connectors are gold plating process with nickel plating as the base, or solderability plating process with copper plating as the base. The corrosion resistance of silver plating is poor, and it is currently used less frequently; Palladium and palladium alloy coatings have been developed as substitute gold coatings for nearly a decade, and have been applied as wear-resistant coatings for surface treatment of electronic connectors with high insertion and extraction times.
The process flow is as follows:

Tank design and manufacturing introduction:
1-1. The plating tanks and spare tanks will be made of German Roechling 12tPP plastic; the reinforcement will be German Roechling 12tPP plastic; the cover will be made of 8t transparent tempered glass.
1-2.
