Electroplating controls the temperature according to its process parameter requirements, which is divided into three parts: temperature sensing, control part, and heating/cooling. Heating/cooling is completed through electric heating or steam heating (steam control is completed by the control part conducting the control solenoid valve), and cooling is completed through a water cooled or direct cooled freezer. The control part is the communication interface between people and equipment, used to adjust the required parameters. But sometimes the temperature control may differ from the actual situation, and some electronic displays can be adjusted and controlled. But there is another factor to note that the temperature at different positions of the electroplating bath varies with different depths. The temperature near the heating tube will be higher, while the temperature far away from the heating tube will be lower. So the location of the temperature sensor is very important. Generally, it is necessary to choose a place that can represent the temperature of the entire tank and place the temperature sensing rod. In addition, the temperature difference is reduced through stirring and circulation.
