The principle of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is to convert the acoustic energy of the power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibration through the transducer, and radiate the ultrasonic wave to the cleaning liquid in the tank through the cleaning tank wall. The microbubbles in the liquid in the tank can keep vibrating under the action of the acoustic wave due to the radiation of the ultrasonic wave. It destroys the adsorption of dirt on the surface of the cleaning part, causes the fatigue damage of the dirt layer and is separated, and the vibration of gas bubbles scrubbes the solid surface.
For the principle of ultrasonic cleaning machine, the high-frequency oscillation signal sent by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by the transducer and transmitted to the medium cleaning solvent. The forward radiation of the ultrasonic wave in the cleaning liquid makes the liquid flow and generates tens of thousands of 50-500 diameters μ M U.M and the tiny bubbles existing in the liquid vibrate under the action of the acoustic field. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure area where the ultrasonic wave propagates longitudinally, while in the positive pressure area, when the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubbles rapidly increase and then suddenly close. When the bubble is closed, a shock wave is generated, and thousands of atmospheres are generated around it. The insoluble dirt is destroyed and dispersed in the cleaning liquid. When the group particles are wrapped by oil and adhere to the surface of the cleaning part, the oil is emulsified and the solid particles are separated, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the cleaning part. In the process of this so-called "cavitation" effect, the bubble closure can form a high temperature of several hundred degrees and an instantaneous high pressure of more than 1000 air pressures.
The advantages of ultrasonic cleaning machine are: good ultrasonic cleaning effect and simple operation. The sound that people hear is an acoustic signal with a frequency of 20-20000 Hz, and the sound wave higher than 20000 Hz is called ultrasonic wave. The transmission of the acoustic wave propagates longitudinally according to the sinusoidal curve, generating a large number of small bubbles. One reason is that the local tensile stress in the liquid forms a negative pressure, and the reduction of the pressure causes the gas originally dissolved in the liquid to oversaturate and escape from the liquid to become small bubbles; Another reason is that the strong tensile stress "tears" the liquid into a cavity, which is called cavitation.
Product Description
1. In order to fulfill various requirements on process flow and production output, there multiple sets of transporter been equipped for this line. Each transporter could be vertical elevating, horizontal movement and travelling with high speed, they are fully automatic and controlled by PLC.
2. This is a fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine, and all of the works are completed by gantry type transporter except loading and unloading.
3. Transporter is moving, the alarm lamp on. Vertical lifting and horizontal movement have three speeds (low, high, low), transporter's start and stop will not cause inertia wobble, meanwhile can ensure the speed and precision fixed position
4. Easy operation: Operators just simply choose the programs which had pre-entered into the PLC; gantry transporters will finish the rest of works.
5. Transporter precise positioning: Transporter positioning adopt absolute position, each tank has unique bar code, which could prevent transporter misplacement; Safety and reliable operation: we installed guard railing in order to avoid transporter bump into worker, With protected block and control devices to prevent the driving out of orbit, Safety rope connected to emergency brake were installed at both side of entire plating line to prevent from any safety hazardous during daily operation.
6. Basic operation instruction: first, worker will put some products which need cleaning into the basket, choose the operation instruction, and then transporter will work immediately. Transporter will be moved to the loading station under the written programmed condition, barrel with product begin to up and move to the first tank then vertical putting the product down to the tank,…, the rest can be done in the same manner; when the sensor gives signal indicating that there is no barrel on this unloading station, the transporter will take the barrel with products down to the unloading station, the whole production process is completed.
