1. This is an automatic line, Loading and unloading by manual, Flight bar is transferred by trolley.
2. In order to increase the work efficiency, configure the number of the gantry transporter. Gantry transporter with vertical lifting and horizontal, high and low speed movement function.
3.Low temperature chiller is used for cooling to maintain the bath liquid at - 10 ºC, and the hardness of the oxidized product can reach hv200-1500, which is widely used in the automotive and aviation fields;
4.The rectifier is a special rectifier for hard anodizing. It is equipped with a separate PLC and touch screen to realize segmented current and voltage loading. Each segment of current can be set by itself, so that the oxidation effect is more compact;
5. Equipment has the following characteristic:
1).This is an automatic line, all the work will be finished by automatic, except loading and unloading.
2).Easy operation, the worker just input the product code, the equipment will be finished all the kind of the technological process.
3).Reliable running, transporter adopt absolute position, each tank has unique bar code to avoid transporter driving out of orbit.
4).Multiple safety protection:
a).in order to prevent the worker safety, there is a collision avoidance device installation on the transporter side;
b).in order to avoid transporter driving out of orbit, there are fall prevention rubber block and offside outage device installation at the both side of the rails;
c).Safety rope connected to emergency brake were installed at both side of entire plating line to prevent from any safety hazardous during daily operation
6.Basic operation instruction: first, push by hand the trolley loaded with flight bar, jig and product to the loading station, enter the product code(bar code input, IC card input or computer input), and press "load ready" button(Both the loading section and computer interface have this type of button.); and then the IPC will call in the technological data of plating equipment prestored by the code and transmit the relative order to the PLC, making the traveling crane Controlled by the preset program travel to the loading section to lift the flight bar on the trolley. Next, the traveling crane, with reference to the corresponding technological data, will convey in sequence the products to each process for handling, and when the flight bar is put into the trolley at the unload station, the operator will be reminded by the reminding sound to prepare for the unloading: push away the trolley for off-line unloading and meanwhile press "unload ready" button (Both the unloading section and computer interface have this kind of button). Till now, the whole processing completed. During the whole process, the related data of plating process (as temperature, process time, current, etc.) will be stored in the IPC through communication transmission, easy for casual check, saving in file and printing.
