Plastic electroplating, currently the commonly used electroplating grade plastics in the world are ABS plastic and PP plastic. Among them, the usage of ABS is the largest, accounting for about 80% -90% of plastic electroplating. ABS is polymerized from three monomers: acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B), and styrene (S). The (B) component maintains a very fine spherical structure in the polymer, which is easy to dissolve during coarsening, causing the plastic surface to coarsen and achieve good adhesion. Therefore, the plating ability of ABS plastic varies with the content of (B) component. Whether imported or domestically produced ABS, "electroplating grade" ABS materials should be selected, which contain 15% -25% of B component (butadiene), such as ABS300 # (Japan). The non electroplating grade ABS has a lower content of B component, which requires stricter control of the roughening process; Otherwise, it is not easy to obtain a coating with good adhesion.
ABS electroplating process flow:
Oil removal → water washing → acid washing → roughening → recycling → water washing → reduction → water washing → pre leaching → colloidal palladium → activation → recycling → water washing → copper replacement → recycling → water washing → copper electroplating → recycling → water washing → activation → water washing → nickel electroplating → recycling → water washing → activation → water washing → chromium electroplating → recycling → water washing → reduction → water washing → pure water washing → drying
Brief Introduction
1.Main line frame Material: A3-type steel, with epoxy coating on the external surface for anti-corrosion (color is decided by customer);
2.Structure:it is consisted of fixed plate, stand column, walkway ,flat wire ,horizontal adjustment bolt.
3.Transmission device :it is consisted of motor ,decelerator , jig vertical movement device , jig horizontal movement device; easy to adjust ,and with following features: high stability transmission ,convenient for maintaining ,and long working life .
4.Above materials all according to the international standards;
1).Jig horizontal movement device adopt import brake motor, deceleration motor which can drive the wheel operation directly.
2). The Transmission device of the transmission mechanism adopts induction deceleration positioning.
With emergency stop button for plating line to be used for emergency braking this can prevent from any safety hazardous during daily operation.
3).Jig lifting device adopt import brake motor, deceleration motor, coupling, high strength acid, anti-aging belt to achieve jig's lifting movement.
4).Jig horizontal and lifting movement speed can control by PLC and frequency converter, speed designed in 3 type speed: low speed, medium speed, high speed. This is to ensure no inertia wobble while transporter start, meanwhile stable moving and accurate positioning could be achieved.
