Continuous electroplating, also known as roll to roll electroplating, is generally a strip of material that can be rolled up, such as steel strip, which is a product after continuous stamping.
The electroplating process consists of material discharge, pre-treatment, electroplating, post-treatment, drying, and material collection.
Each electroplating tank is generally divided into a mother tank and a sub tank. The liquid medicine is pumped into the sub tank from the mother tank, with gaps on both sides of the sub tank. The material to be plated passes through the gaps, and the liquid medicine that is pumped into the sub tank also flows out of the gaps and into the mother tank. Due to differences in the speed of inflow and outflow, a certain liquid level can be maintained.

Tank design and manufacturing introduction:
5-1. The plating tanks and spare tanks will be made of German Roechling 20tPP plastic; the reinforcement will be German Roechling 20tPP plastic; the cover will be made of 8t transparent tempered glass.
5-2. The main tanks will be made of German Roechling 12tPP plastic; the reinforcement will be made of German Roechling 20tPP plastic(the main heating tank will be reinforced with 40*40*3.0 square tube, covered with 4tPP plastic); the cover will be made of German Roechling 12tPP plastic, the pump holes will be engraved by precision engraving machine to ensure the flatness and appearance.
5-3. The welding requires fastness and reliable, flat and smooth, clean and good appearance.
5-4. The chemical outlet, drainage are in the tank bottom for the tank cleaning and waste discharge. All double-unit rinse tank and triple-unit rinse tank have its individual discharge outlet in its tank bottom of every unit.
5-5. The multi-level rinse tank required to use back flow rinse, the water will flow from its upper level to next level, and from the bottom to next rinse tank. The rinse water will have a longer treatment to make sure higher use efficiency
